The multi-pass sheeting system gently reduces the dough to its final thickness prior to being folded and filled with a Dual Piston Depositing System. The two lane crimping system seals, trims and crimps the turnover to its final shape. This system also includes a dealer conveyor for automatically transferring product onto a fryer or freezer belt.
